January took us to Vegas for a girls only weekend. Yes, we've both been to Vegas, we've even been together, but it was our first "Girls Only" trip. Our friends Shushawn and Tina joined us on this outing. It was quite fun and our 40th year is off to a great start!

We met these interesting "networking" guys who randomly just talk to anyone and everyone as if you are a long lost friend. It took Tera and I both a minute or two to realize that neither one of us knew the person talking to us.

Tasting olive oil at "EVOO". This shop had a great selection of fabulous olive oils and flavored balsamic vinegars. If you've never tasted butter flavored olive oil or dark chocolate balsamic vinegar, you should head to "EVOO" and give them a try.
Our next stop was "Crepe n Crepe". This cute little restaurant serves up a fantastic strawberry and Nutella crepe. We were lucky enough to get seconds!

Our third stop was the "Savory Spice Shop" where we tasted cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and mole cookies. This store carries every spice imaginable sold in any quantity you desire. You can even taste them before buying!
Our next stop was "Living the Sweet Life" a quaint little bakery where we had a chance to decorate our own cupcake as well as purchase a very yummy pecan bar.
